Retained Search
From our Research Centre in Manila, Philippines, our team of research professionals provides the full scope of research services for clients that opt for a retained search.

This is complimented by the consultants’ market knowledge and intelligence, ensuring you get the best available candidates on the market, The typical cycle will include:
• Market Mapping
• Telephone Name Gathering and   Secondary Research resulting in Long   List generation
• Candidate Approach and Qualification
• Profiling of Shortlisted Candidates
• Submission of Shortlist to Clients
• Managing of Interview Process through   to Hiring of Candidate.

A typical fee structure for this service would be:
• 10% on Agreement
• 10% on Submission of Shortlist
• Balance on Completion

Contingent Selection
Agilis international has an extensive database from populated by previous searches, and can, in addition, utilise various online and offline methods to generate candidate names, including: regional and global job boards, newspaper and magazine advertisements and networking. Retained searches receive priority on time and candidates, but if you are looking for a quicker solution for your more junior level hiring needs, then this can be an effective option.
