typical fee structure for this service would be:

by previous searches, and can, in addition, utilise various
online and offline methods to generate candidate names, including:
regional and global job boards, newspaper and magazine advertisements
and networking. Retained searches receive priority on time
and candidates, but if you are looking for a quicker solution
for your more junior level hiring needs, then this can be
an effective option.
